Mick Harvey & Amanda Acevedo - Psychedelia in White [Vinyl]

Psychedelia in White is the third album from Mick Harvey, formerly of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and longtime collaborator Amanda Acevedo. Pressed on white-coloured vinyl, it’s an adventurous alternative rock album for listeners drawn to richly layered, experimental sounds.

A natural evolution from their 2023 duet debut, Phantasmagoria in Blue, the album is composed primarily of original tracks exploring mysticism, mythology, love and loss. Dreamlike lyrics and lavish textures meet a personal message of hope.

Standout tracks include the layered alt-rock reverie ‘Perfect Storm’, the glam-inflected ‘Song for Aurora’ and the intimate ‘The Greatest Delight’.
