Description
We Were Only Young is the fifth and final studio album from Irish band Kodaline, presented on vinyl. It’s for listeners who want the band’s closing chapter, with a bittersweet title track about looking back on better times.
The album marks a first for Kodaline: every song was written by lead singer Steve Garrigan. He describes the title track, “We Were Only Young”, as reflecting the feeling of being part of something special and the band’s journey together.
With its indie-pop sound and reflections on the band’s time together, the album serves as a farewell from Kodaline after more than a decade as a band.
