John Cusack stars as Detective Mike Fletcher, a determined cop hunting a serial killer terrorizing Buffalo, N.Y. Teaming up with his partner, Kelsey Walker (Jennifer Carpenter of Dexter), Fletcher becomes increasingly consumed by the investigation. With no solid leads, the case risks being shut down, leaving the killer free to strike again.
