Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.

Multi-floral honey sourced during the summer months from apiaries in Somerset, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and Hertfordshire. This award-winning, single-origin honey is collected by a dedicated beekeeper collective and goes directly from hive to jar, offering a runny consistency and a rich, heady, floral flavour. Unpasteurised and unprocessed, it retains its natural qualities with the beekeeper's name and location printed on each container. Perfect for spreading on toast, stirring into hot drinks, or enhancing recipes with natural sweetness.
Black Bee Honey supports pollinator conservation by donating 2% of turnover (not profit) to create wildflower meadows and maintain bee habitats. The honey is carbon neutral, with emissions offset through global environmental projects. As this organic honey is unprocessed, it may set over time—simply warm gently to return it to its liquid state.
