Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

These thick, durable bin bags are tear-resistant, even when wet, making them ideal for food waste, recycling caddies, bathroom bins, and more.
Each roll contains 22 compostable bin bags, packaged in fully biodegradable materials. Approved by PETA as cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, and recognized by Allergy UK as allergy-safe and gentle on sensitive skin.
