Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

Ingredients:- Carrots
- Cooked rice (20%)
- Tomatoes
- Skimmed MILK
- Potatoes
- Cream (MILK)
- Skimmed MILK powder
- Onions
- BUTTER
- Rapeseed oil (1.3%)
- Stir contents with a plastic spoon and serve in a clean bowl.
- Can be served at room temperature or warmed in hot water (avoid microwaving due to hot spots).
- Always check food temperature before feeding.
- Never re-heat baby food.
- Check jar and cap are undamaged before use.
- Note: Natural ingredients may cause staining or an orange tinge to skin.
