Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

These vegan crisps are baked not fried, contain nothing artificial, and are free from dairy, soy, nuts, MSG, and palm oil. Certified gluten-free, kosher, and non-GMO, HIPPEAS are a healthy and planet-friendly choice. Chickpeas naturally enrich the soil by releasing nitrogen and require less water to grow, making them a sustainable crop.
Each 15g serving provides 2.3g protein, 1.2g fibre, and 2.6g fat. Packaged in recyclable materials (recycle at select UK retailers). HIPPEAS partners with charities like FareShare, Feeding America, and Veganuary, and supported NHS food donations during the pandemic.
