Perch is a fast-paced, interactive board game where players command birds to fight for control over various locations. Success hinges on strategic placement, pushing opponents off the perch, and managing ties to earn the most points over five intense rounds.
Key Features & Gameplay- Area Control Battle: Players command birds from their own and other players' flocks to fight for control of location tiles.
- Variable Scoring: Each location tile awards variable points for majorities and may grant players unique abilities.
- Bird Drafting: Each round, birds are added to a shared bag, and players draw their birds before taking turns stacking them onto location tiles.
- Objective Fulfillment: Earn points and command woodland creatures by maintaining the most birds on a location, successfully pushing foes off, and winning tie-breaks.
- Game Length: The game concludes after five rounds, with the highest point total determining the winner.
