The Aix-en-Provence concert with Kenny Clarke marks Rollins' final recorded performance before his self-imposed three-year musical sabbatical, making this collection historically significant. It includes the only known recordings of Rollins performing "A Weaver of Dreams", "Lady Bird", "Cocktails for Two", and "Stay as Sweet as You Are".
