MONIN Macadamia syrup captures the buttery, roasted nutty flavour and aroma of Macadamia nuts. One of Olivier Monin’s personal favourites, this syrup delivers a smooth, honeyed and candied nuttiness on the nose, followed by rich, roasted nuttiness on the palate. Originating from Australia, macadamia nuts are known as the 'Queen of nuts' and have been cherished for their fine taste for thousands of years.
Perfect for a wide range of beverages, MONIN Macadamia Syrup enhances coffees, hot chocolates, iced coffees, frappes, cocktails, and mocktails. Try combining it with Monin Chocolate sauce for an indulgent nutty chocolate latte. Use 15–20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10–25ml for cocktails, and 20–30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on your recipe.
The syrup is made with pure sugar, natural flavourings, and contains macadamia nut extract. It is alcohol-free, halal, kosher, and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
