Editors - Surface, Echo & Sound [Yellow & Green Transparent Vinyl]

Surface, Echo & Sound is Editors’ eighth studio album, pressed on yellow and green transparent vinyl. It’s the follow-up to 2022’s EBM, the band’s collaboration with electronic producer Blanck Mass.

For this album, Editors returned to a more natural, collaborative way of working, playing together in a practice room and developing songs brought in by frontman Tom Smith. Smith also took a stripped-back, acoustic-based approach to the material.

Standout songs include the title track, “Call It In”, “The Rush” and “Butterfly Wings”.
