Description

When scientists discover an alien spacecraft, graduate Kate Lloyd (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Dr. Sander Halvorson (Ulrich Thomsen) clash over how to handle the discovery. As the alien threat emerges, Kate teams up with helicopter pilot Sam Carter (Joel Edgerton) to confront the deadly intruder before it spreads beyond the continent.
